About The Happiness Challenge

The Happiness Challenge is a quest to explore the best happiness habits that science has to offer.

Each month, our host Klaudia Mitura is publishing three linked episodes where she is speaking to a leading expert, putting their tips to the test and sharing her findings (and feelings).

The show is full of practical dares, authentic stories, and psychological evidence which supports or contradicts our preconceptions on happiness.

Join Klaudia as she embarks on her challenge and together we can become more successful, resilient – and happy!

My name is Klaudia Mitura. I’m a work psychologist, and a learning and development specialist at the Science Museum Group, with a purpose to boost happiness in the workplace. I love experimenting and applying scientific research on happiness to my daily ups and downs - or to just prove my other half wrong! I also like to look for happiness in unusual places so I won’t shy away from diving with sharks or starring in a pantomime. Sometimes this gets me in trouble.
